New Zealand and Queenstown in particular are known for a range of adventure activities where not even avid adventure travelers but also novice ones can try out different activities. You can chose from a range of them to enjoy here fishing, biking, sailing, kayaking, etc. However, the city is getting more famous for a new form of adventurous activity - the Hydro Attack.

This new activity brings the city on the world map. Hydro Attack was born out of a simple idea, brainchild of three locals, and a year later it has become a full fledged adventurous activity. Hydro Attack is the ultimate combination of machine and shark! The shark speeds off at 80kph and jumps over 18 feet in the air and dives under water making sure that the crowd is left gaping at the sight.
A shark performing tricks was unheard of before this activity took place in the quaint town of Queenstown. You can hire a car in Queenstown and travel across the city and finally reach the shore of Lake Wakatipu where you can try the Hydro Attack.
The best part about this activity is it can be tailored as per customers demand. It can go as wild and as mild as per the requests received. Post February 2014, couples will be able to enjoy the ride as well and a bigger shark will start fighting the waters!
