Avail Airport Car Rentals: Drive Around Brisbane and Enjoy Christmas!

A treasure trove of picturesque natural marvels, Brisbane is Australia's third largest city. It is surrounded by varying landscapes irrespective of the direction you are moving towards. The east boasts of the aquatic playground of Moreton Bay and islands packed with natural activity, whereas the west has the World Heritage National Parks and the lakes of the Country Valleys. As a resident of this beautiful city I have always been enchanted by Brisbane's pristine beauty!

Traditions have forever been a part of Brisbane. One of the most talked about spectacles out here is the lighting of the City Christmas Tree. This annual lighting of the 20 metre high tree is now in its 122nd year. This tradition has been enjoyed by the residents for generations. Yesterday was a special day for me when I was a spectator to the Christmas month celebrations. I was astonished at the grand composition of the tree which was powered using a sophisticated solar lighting system. Close to 16000 bulbs were closely huddled on 4 km of wiring leading up to the giant star at the top. The special tree was adorned with baubles and silver snowflakes. On the 7th of December, I am looking forward to being a part of Christmas by the Sea at Scarborough Boat Harbour.
The place would be lit up by 10 huge Christmas trees and would entail community celebrations. Santa's Village rides, fireworks and the annual street parade are some of the regular phenomena alongside the Christmas concert!
While travelling with friends, I availed car rental services from the Brisbane airport. It offers convenience and comfort at extremely low rates of rental. Airport car rental services can also be pre-booked by visiting the website. One can then choose the car out of a plethora of options as given on the website. There is an arsenal of car options for you to choose from!
